Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all included accessories, and in its original packaging when possible. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at braviqo1@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions, including how and where to send your package.

Please do not send your item back before contacting us. Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We’ll evaluate the issue and work to make it right.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for items that are damaged due to misuse, missing major components, or not returned with the required accessories when applicable.

Exchanges

If you need a replacement due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at braviqo1@gmail.com. We’ll review your request and provide the next steps.

Refunds

We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
